A Wi-Fi QR code contains the network name, security type, password, and hidden-network setting. QRpilot escapes reserved characters and checks the encoded SSID length before creating the image, but the receiving device decides whether it can join.

No. The browser creates the payload and image locally. Your network name and password are not submitted to a QRpilot server.
