For a useful technical report

Include the QR type, device, operating system, browser or banking application, and exact steps needed to reproduce the problem. If the issue involves printing, include the file format, physical size, material, and whether the original digital file scans successfully.

Protect sensitive information

Never email Wi-Fi passwords, bank login credentials, one-time passwords, PINs, recovery codes, private document links, or full payment-account information. Replace real values with clearly fictional examples whenever possible.

Support boundary
